CUSTOM PRODUCT APPROVAL
Metal Signs is not responsible for errors including spelling, layout, sizing, or design once your order is placed. Most orders do not include design proofs. We manufacture products based on the exact information you submit.
If a digital design proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing and approving it promptly. Once a proof is approved, it is considered final authorization for production.
SECTION 6 — ORDER ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase information.
CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide proof of authorization, proof approval, shipment confirmation, and delivery verification to payment processors.
SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or liability. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our Site.
SECTION 9 — USER SUBMISSIONS

SECTION 15 — PRODUCT USE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products are intended solely for decorative, non-structural use. You are solely responsible for proper installation, mounting, handling, placement, and use of any product purchased from us. We recommend professional installation for larger or heavier items.
Metal Signs shall not be responsible for:
- Improper installation or mounting
- Failure to use appropriate hardware or mounting surfaces
- Product modification after delivery
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or alteration
- Environmental exposure or conditions
- Damage to walls, siding, brick, drywall, concrete, or other surfaces
- Injuries or property damage resulting from installation or use
By purchasing our products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with installation and use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metal Signs shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data.
Maximum Liability Cap:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metal Signs from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products or Site.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration conducted in Ottawa County, Michigan. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
